Seton's Greetings Christmas Concert

concertJoin us Friday, December 13th for our Seton’s Greetings Christmas Concert! Doors open at 6:00pm for a reception featuring Christmas treats, light refreshments and raffle baskets in the auditorium lobby. Then at 7:00pm, guests will enjoy performances by the Honors Concert Choir & Band, Jazz Band, and the Trebels a cappella group. In place of ticket sales, the Performing Arts Department will be collecting canned goods for the Pittsburgh Food Bank and monetary donations to support our growing program.

 

 

 

Christmas Party for Grades 6-7

get your elf on Join us for our Get Your Elf On Christmas Party on December 10, from 6-7:30 pm at SLS!  PRIZES will be awarded for the gingerbread house decorating competition, knockout competition in the gym, and best Christmas attire (sweaters, grinch hair, etc ). Students can enjoy snacks, go to the open gym, play corn hole and ping pong, and watch the movie Elf! There is no cost to attend but space is limited. Register HERE!

 

 

 

International Poetry Forum

IPF The International Poetry Forum is a nonprofit organization run by Jake Grefenstette, SLS '12, and was supported for many years by the late John Manear, longtime SLS English teacher who served on the organization's advisory council. Emily Wilson, the first woman to ever translate The Iliad (2023) and The Odyssey (2018) into English, will be visiting Pittsburgh to recite a selection of her work at Carnegie Music Hall (Oakland) on December 13, 2024. Free seats are available for all students and educators. Tickets for this special event can be purchased HERE!

 

 

2025 Gala

gala Save the date for our 2025 Green & Gold Gala, featuring a cocktail reception, dinner, live & silent auction, raffles, and more! This year's Gala will be held at The Omni William Penn Hotel and is our largest fundraising event of the year!

 

 

 

Sip & Sample

Enjoy wine sampling and bottle sales from Ripepi Winery & Vineyard, appetizers by Mrs. Maria Christopher, Christmas cookies, and shop local Catholic vendors and our Seton LaSalle apparel booth to kick off the Christmas season. Admission to this event is a $25 gift card of your choice to benefit the 2025 Gala.
