The 1983-1984 Seton LaSalle Girls Basketball Team was inducted into the WPIAL Hall of Fame! This legendary team was led by the late Ben Hartman and finished their season with a 35-1 overall record. They Topped Strath Haven, 55-53, for the school’s first PIAA title in any sport and defeated Beaver Falls, 71-59, to win the first WPIAL Class 4A title! Additionally during this season, all-stars Suzie McConnell, Kathy McConnell, and Lisa Heuer all hit 1,000 points.
