Alexander Spore
Originally from Irwin, PA and a graduate of Greensburg Central Catholic, Alex attended DePaul University, receiving his B.S. in chemistry. While there, Alex developed a love of Vincentian values of service, community, simple living, and social justice.
After graduating from DePaul, Alex earned his Ph.D. from the University of Pittsburgh with a research focus in inorganic chemistry. He has been an instructor at Shippensburg University, Cardinal Stritch University (Milwaukee, WI), and the University of Pittsburgh before coming to Seton LaSalle High School.
When Alex is not nerding out about chemistry, he loves spending time with his wife, Sarah, and three wild, loud, and lively sons. He loves sports, music, movies, and dad jokes. Alex is a parishioner at Resurrection Parish in Bethel Park and is looking forward to spreading the joys of Vincent DePaul while at Seton LaSalle.
